Winnemem Wintu Tribe from Mt. Shasta, California USA
I was born in Redding, California and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Society & Environment from the University of California, Berkeley. My journey to the Aska project was guided by a number of factors, including prayers, my ancestors, spirits, and Mount Shasta. I first encountered the Aska project in Mount Shasta and later participated in the first harmony stone ceremony in Hawaii. Despite initial hesitations, I felt compelled to listen to the message that the Aska Project had for me. Later I met Zeushi which confirmed my path into technology and then later traveling to New Zealand with Aska.
My work involves incorporating culture into blockchain technology for preservation and promoting spiritual development through digital influence. I am working on creating “Salmon Journeys” with my team of developers, a video game inside of the Decentraland Metaverse and NFTs to share our story and promote environmental restoration, including salmon restoration and cultural proliferation.
My passions include regalia making and participating in Winnemem Wintu ceremonies, playing sports, and taking leisurely walks in the forest.
